Shipping & Returns Policy
Free shipping on orders over $25.
All orders are eligible for free shipping. Shipping times for orders may vary, but typically range between one to two weeks. Occasionally, due to high demand, products may take up to a month to be delivered. We'll send you updates on your order status and you'll be able to track your order once you receive an email from us that your item has shipped.

balanwork does not offer refunds.
Since our products are considered wearables, we cannot accept returns on used products. If you received a defected or misprinted item, please contact email@example.com to request for a replacement. Defected items must be sent back to balanwork before a replacement will be shipped out.
All products are subject to inspection for sun exposure, improper use or accidents through photo or video proof. Please note if a damaged product is sent back to balanwork, we will not resend out the returned item.
